Positive Tubular Plates:
Cast from special antimony-free lead alloy and enclosed in highly durable porous tubular gauntlets. These gauntlets are filled with active positive material, forming a robust and long-lasting assembly for superior performance. -
Negative Plates:
Constructed from an antimony-free lead alloy grid coated with high-quality active material to ensure efficient charge acceptance and extended service life. -
Terminals:
Designed with a nut-inserted structure made of 99.9% pure copper, ensuring excellent electrical conductivity and corrosion resistance. -
Vent Plugs:
Equipped with safety pressure relief valves to maintain optimal internal pressure and enhance operational safety. -
Separator:
Uses a microporous separator made from acid- and corrosion-resistant PVS material with low electrical resistance, improving efficiency and reliability. -
Electrolyte:
The electrolyte is immobilized in a gel form, preventing leakage and ensuring stable performance over the battery’s lifetime.
